What You’ll Do:
- Take the lead on
complete residential HVAC installations - Guide and support junior installers or helpers on job sites
- Read and interpret
blueprints and technical specs - Ensure all installations meet code requirements and company standards
- Maintain clear communication with project managers, team members, and homeowners
- Keep job sites and company vehicles clean, safe, and organized
- Track job progress, address issues, and keep projects on schedule
- Represent our company with professionalism and pride
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 to 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience (preferred)
- Ability to read and work from blueprints and technical drawings
- Your own set of tools for installation work
- Valid Florida driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
Bonus Points For:
- EPA Certification
- Experience troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC systems
