RJ BBQ And Catering in Nephi, UT is looking for food prep/ Kitchen Help to join our 45 person strong team. We are located on 42 S Main St. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and reliable.
Responsibilities
• Properly execute all recipe procedures
• Prepare a variety of foods with different methods of preparation
• Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
• Complete assigned prep work to stock and set-up stations
• Stock inventory
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Chop vegetables, prepare sauces and other food preparation
• Maintain a clean, efficient kitchen.
• Have an eye for quality and consistency.
Reliable and punctual
Qualifications
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds
• Be able to stand, bend, push, pull, and reach without difficulty
• Be able to pass a background check
• Current driver’s license
- Dedicated to working with a team towards one common goal
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
