Part/Full time Licensed Barber About the Role We are seeking a skilled and licensed barber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the barbering craft, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for all clients. Key Responsibilities - Provide high-quality haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and other grooming services to clients- Consult with clients to understand their desired styles and offer professional recommendations- Maintain knowledge of current hair trends, cutting techniques, and styling products- Ensure all tools and workstations are properly sanitized and maintained according to health and safety regulations- Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service and professionalism- Manage appointment schedules and handle cash/card transactions as needed - Keep work area clean, organized, and inviting Qualifications - Valid state barber license (required)- Proven experience as a barber- Proficiency in various cutting techniques including fades, tapers, clipper work, and scissor cuts- Knowledge of straight razor shaving techniques- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends- Professional appearance and demeanor- Team player with a positive attitude Preferred Skills - Experience with diverse hair types and textures- Knowledge of current barbering trends and men’s grooming Compensationcompensation based on booth rental or percentage arrangements.
