Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher/Busser to join our dynamic food service team. Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment following safety and hygiene standards
- Clear tables promptly and efficiently, ensuring a clean dining area for guests
- Assist with food preparation and plating as needed to support kitchen staff
- Support banquet and catering events by setting up, serving, and cleaning up after functions
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including floors, counters, and storage areas
- Restock supplies such as napkins, utensils, and condiments to ensure smooth service flow
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to deliver excellent food service experiences
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hotel environments is preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Ability to perform basic food preparation tasks and assist with kitchen activities
