Our client is seeking an experienced QC Manager to lead and transform the quality control function within their plastics manufacturing operations. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity focused on building proactive quality systems, improving plant culture, and driving accountability on the production floor.

โข Lead and develop QC technicians across multiple shifts
โข Establish and enforce QC protocols, documentation, and corrective action processes
โข Monitor production for color accuracy, contamination prevention, and process compliance
โข Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventative quality measures
โข Partner closely with Production leadership to improve operational and quality performance

โข Strong QA/QC background within plastics manufacturing
โข Masterbatch experience strongly preferred
โข Experience with color matching and go/no-go quality decisions

โข Strong understanding of corrective actions, QC systems, and contamination prevention
