Position Summary:
We’re seeking a Plant Manager to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations in a fast-paced blown film/flexible packaging facility. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can drive safety, quality, and productivity while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Oversee all plant operations ensuring safety, quality, and production goals are met

Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve daily performance targets

Implement and enforce safety, quality, and environmental compliance policies

Manage maintenance, production efficiency, and waste reduction initiatives

Collaborate with HR and senior leadership to build a strong performance culture
