Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and motivated Freelance Videographer/Editor to bring creative visions to life through compelling visual storytelling. Duties
- Film and record high-quality video footage using professional cameras and equipment, ensuring optimal lighting, framing, and audio quality.
- Edit raw footage into cohesive, engaging videos utilizing industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Avid.
- Incorporate motion graphics, visual effects, and color correction using tools like Adobe After Effects and DaVinci Resolve to enhance video quality.
- Manage post-production workflows including sound editing, color grading, and video stabilization to produce polished final products.
- Collaborate with clients or creative teams to understand project goals, storyboards, and style guidelines for content creation.
- Organize and maintain digital assets using content management systems and file transfer protocols (FTP) for efficient workflow management.
- Create compelling photo content through editing and manipulation using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Capture One, or Adobe Bridge to support multimedia campaigns.
Requirements
- Proven experience in videography and video editing with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; familiarity with Final Cut Pro and Avid is a plus.
- Skilled in photo editing, photo manipulation, motion graphics, 2D/3D animation (Cinema 4D or Maya), and basic graphic design principles.
- Knowledge of photography techniques and filming best practices for capturing high-quality visuals on location or in studio settings.
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with content creation tools such as typography software and content management systems for seamless publishing.
- Strong understanding of post-production processes including color grading, sound editing, and visual effects integration.
- Excellent communication skills to interpret client needs clearly and deliver exceptional results.
