Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Mortgage Loan Originator to join our team in Miami, FL. This hybrid role allows for a combination of in-office work and remote flexibility. As a Mortgage Loan Originator, you will assist clients with home purchasing and refinancing by evaluating their financial profile, advising on loan options, and guiding them through the mortgage application process. You will collaborate with borrowers, underwriters, and real estate agents to ensure timely and accurate loan approvals while maintaining top-tier client service.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and expertise in Loan Origination and Mortgage Lending
- Proficiency in Underwriting and understanding financial qualification processes
- Experience working with Loans and Finance-related functions
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup, based in Miami, FL, while managing remote responsibilities effectively
- Demonstrated ability to establish and build strong relationships with clients and industry professionals
- State licensure as a Mortgage Loan Originator is required.
