Role Description The Commission Sales Associate is a full-time, remote role responsible for generating new mortgage business and nurturing existing relationships. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting initial consultations with potential borrowers, and guiding clients through the mortgage application process in coordination with internal lending teams. - Experience in mortgage sales, financial services, or related commission-based sales roles, with a proven history of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong client relationship and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex loan products in clear, accessible terms.
- Comfort working in a remote, technology-enabled environment, using CRM tools, digital communication platforms, and online document systems.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple prospects, deadlines, and follow-ups in a fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge of residential mortgage products, lending guidelines, and the homebuying process; NMLS registration and appropriate state licensing are preferred or may be required.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to non-discriminatory, client-focused service.
