Studio + Ecommerce Team Member (Part-Time or Full-Time)

Part-time or full-time. Contract based to start, with a path to full-time employment for the right person.

We are a small ecommerce company building multiple consumer brands out of our Greenville, SC studio. The founder has been in ecommerce for 12 years, sold his previous company, and came back to the game knowing exactly how to do it. We have a clear playbook from an experienced founder, and we are looking for people who want to grow with it.

Our team is very small right now: a founder, a co-founder, and you. Getting in early means real ownership and an easy path to grow as the team grows.

This is a studio and ecommerce role, not just a warehouse job. You will touch content, inventory, shipping and launches, and there is real room to grow into more.

We are busy through the holidays up to the first week of December, then we have a lull. We are looking for part-time help whose hours can flex up or down with the work.

ABOUT OUR BUSINESSES

- A mix of consumer brands: collectible building bricks and minifigs, watches, and home and lifestyle goods

- We make our own content, ship our own orders, sell on our own websites and Amazon, and launch new brands

- A remote team supports us, and we are exploring live selling

DAILY WORKFLOW AND RESPONSIBILITIES (in priority order)

1. Ship customer orders out first. Orders leave before anything else.

2. Receive new inventory shipments, check them in and bin them

3. Help manage inventory and audit counts, checking bins against our records

4. Build out scenes and battle tables, and do studio work: setting up displays and shelves and getting the studio ready to film

5. Record and film content, including recording creators

- Steady content going out as we launch new products

CONTENT AND LIVE SELLING FOCUS

- Live selling: toys, watches, apparel and luxury handbags

- YouTube: brick focused content, including brick building battle scenes

- Short form and TikTok: content for all of our brands

- This grows as we do. We are launching new products under multiple brands, so content and live selling grow with every new product line, new launch and new creator we work with.

- You can help shape it: build new product lines, launch new products and work with creators

OUR STUDIO

Heddle Hill building, 1801 Rutherford Road, Greenville, SC 29609. We are building the studio out now: battle tables, museum shelves, a build wall and filming space.

HOURS

Flexible. Set your own hours as long as orders go out the door and the team works together. As the team grows we will converge on daytime hours so we are in the studio together.

WHAT WE EXPECT

- Show up when you say you will, do what you say, communicate early

- Learn fast: inventory and shipping first, then content and launches

- Take ownership of small projects and finish them

- Use AI every day, ask questions, give and take honest feedback

ROOM TO GROW

- Very small team means real responsibility early

- Strong performers can own a lane (content, operations, live selling, creators) and move to full time

- The team grows over the next 6 months

HOW WE OPERATE: no negativity, no drama, no gossip, no complaining. We have no time for that. Direct feedback, fast moves, real ownership.

PAY: about $12 to $15 an hour to start, more with content experience, with easy room to grow. Independent contractor, not W2.
