Job Description
As a Robot Operator, you will be responsible for operating advanced robotic systems, managing their deployment and performance in Austin. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure the robots perform optimally and support real-world applications. Shifts last three to six hours and may also be in early mornings and late evenings. Full-time roles are also possible.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Remote Robot Operation: Use advanced control systems to operate robots in remote locations, including customer sites, test environments, or field deployments.
- Scenario Execution: Execute pre-defined tasks, missions, or operations using remote robotic systems while adhering to project requirements.
- Data Collection and Reporting: Collect operational data, monitor system logs, and provide insights to engineering teams for system refinement.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Language: Knowledge of basic English
- Language: Knowledge of basic Spanish
- Flexibility for shifts or extended hours during critical operations
- Prior experience with teleoperation of machines or equivalent.
