Role Overview
We’re looking for a Marketing Associate who can execute fast, think creatively, and help drive consistent inbound leads.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands content, social media, and performance marketing — and wants to grow inside a high-growth startup environment.
You’ll work directly with leadership to support daily marketing efforts across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and email.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent & Social Media
- Assist in planning and executing daily content across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
- Edit short-form video content (CapCut or similar)
- Write captions optimized for engagement and conversions
- Stay on top of trends and adapt them to real estate content
Lead Generation & Campaigns
- Help manage and optimize Facebook & Instagram lead forms
- Assist with boosting posts and ad campaigns
- Monitor inbound leads and ensure timely follow-up systems are in place
- Support CRM updates (Zoho or similar)
Brand & Marketing Support
- Maintain consistency across brand messaging and visuals
- Assist with email campaigns and client communication templates
- Help coordinate property partnerships, promotions, and specials
Analytics & Optimization
- Track content performance and identify what’s working
- Provide insights on how to improve engagement and lead quality
- Support A/B testing for ads and messaging
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of marketing, social media, or content experience
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and digital trends
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut preferred)
- Strong written communication skills
- Organized, proactive, and able to move quickly
Bonus if you have:
- Experience in real estate, leasing, or apartment locating
- Experience running Meta ads or lead generation campaigns
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
