This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Patent Litigation Associate located in Torrance, CA. The Junior Patent Litigation Associate will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting and filing motions, managing depositions, and other litigation-related tasks. Additionally, the role involves preparing for and attending court hearings. The candidate will be involved in aspects of legal proceedings related to patent infringements and will work closely with senior associates and partners.
- Proficient in Law, particularly patent law
- Experience in drafting and filing Motions
- Strong Research skills
- Experience in handling Depositions
- Knowledge of Court procedures
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to the State Bar of California
