Responsibilities :
Depending on the position and experience level, responsibilities may include:
- Preparing coffee, matcha, and café menu items according to company standards
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the café
- Operating the point-of-sale system and handling transactions accurately
- Supporting daily operations during busy periods
- Leading shifts and supporting team members (Shift Lead role)
- Assisting with training, inventory, and daily organization (Assistant Manager role)
Qualifications :
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Previous café, food service, or hospitality experience preferred but not required for all roles
- Leadership experience preferred for Shift Lead and Assistant Manager positions
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
