Summary:
As our Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for Riviera Dining Group. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit our corporate office. You will also coordinate office activities, including ordering supplies, stocking pantries, and maintaining the general cleanliness of the office and pantries. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, personal presentation, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively. This role will report to the Corporate Executive Assistant
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Main conference room scheduling to include meeting set-up and clean-up.
- Support and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Welcome on-site visitors, determine nature of business and announce visitors to appropriate team members.
- Monitor inventory levels of office and pantry supplies and request to place orders when necessary.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently.
- Offer a welcome beverage to guests or those in a conference room.
- Organize and communicate birthday of the month or any applicable celebrations.
- Ensure overall presentation of the reception area including magazines, and furniture is at exceptional standards.
- Monitor general office cleanliness and report when an office requires attention.
- Ensure office is locked and secured at end of day.
- Report maintenance items requiring attention
- Correspond with building maintenance and landlord when necessary.
- Report any major office concerns to the Chief People Officer (Safety, team member, guest etc.)

Requirements/Qualifications:
- High school degree required or an equivalent of work and education desired.
- Exceptional executive presence, presentation, and communication with the ability to uphold a professional demeanor under pressure.
- Exceptional time and task management organizational skills – being able to work with urgency, handle multiple tasks, priorities, and quick ability to learn (and remember) names.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion a MUST!
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to perform independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Physical Demands And Work Environment:
- Remain in stationary position for up to 8 hours throughout work shift.
- Typing or repetitive motion is required of this role.
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift to 50 pounds.
