YOUR ROLE
- Maintain strong knowledge of all food and beverage menus, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing recommendations.
- Provide attentive, personalized service byanticipatingguest needs and guiding the dining experience from start to finish.
- Follow all service standards, policies, and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe, compliant, and elevated guest environment.
- Complete opening and ongoing side work, ensuring stations are fully prepared, stocked, and organized for service.
- Handle products, equipment, and service tools properly tomaintainquality, safety, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members and management to support smooth service flow and resolve issues promptly.
- Communicate guest feedback, product concerns, or operational needs to leadershipin a timely manner.
- Participate in team meetings, trainings , and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow all company policies, service standards, sanitation guidelines, and proper equipment usage.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to multitask under pressure.
- Maintain reliable attendance, punctuality, and a performance-driven mindset.
- Ability to stand for extended periods andfrequently lift up to 50 lbs
