YOUR ROLE
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to established standards
- Set up andmaintainthe barista station with milk, milk alternatives, and all necessary supplies
- Refill coffee grinders withappropriate beansand ensure proper calibration
- Brew iced tea and prepare tea bags with prescribed portions of loose-leaf teas
- Restock bottled water, sugar caddies, and all beverage accompaniments per SOP Ensure all cups, saucers, spoons, and barista tools are clean, polished, andproperly organized
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of fridges, ensuring proper storage and FIFO practices for all perishable items
- Ensure trash areas are clean andmaintainedaccording to sanitation standards
- Monitor stock levels and communicate needs to management proactively
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, efficiency, and consistency in all tasks Work collaboratively with team members to support smooth service operations
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and a performance-driven mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods andfrequently lift up to 50 lbs
