YOUR ROLE
- Manage reservations across phone, email, and online platforms with accuracy and organization
- Provide exceptional guest service, handling inquiries, special requests, and modifications professionally
- Coordinate with restaurant teams to optimize seating and support efficient service flow.
- Maintain knowledge of and adhere to all reservation policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Utilize reservation systems effectively (experience preferred).
- Maintain flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Perform standard office tasks, including extended periods of sitting, typing, and light administrative duties.

- Previous experience in a customer service role
