POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a polished and service-driven lead host to support exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced luxury dining environment. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, along with a genuine passion for hospitality. Lead hosts play a key role in shaping the guest’s first and last impression by managing reservations, coordinating seating flow, supporting the host team, and collaborating closely with management to ensure smooth and efficient service operations.

YOUR ROLE
Oversee daily host stand operations, ensuring professional greetings, accurate wait times, and seamless guest flow
Manage reservations, floor plans, and table assignments to optimize service pacing and maximize guest satisfaction
Lead, coach, and support the host team to maintain luxury service standards and consistent guest engagement
Communicate effectively with management and front-of-house teams regarding table status, VIP guests, members, and service needs
Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and service recovery situations with professionalism and discretion
Maintain lobby flow and waitlist management to ensure an elevated and welcoming arrival experience
Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned by management
Participate in team meetings, trainings, and continuous improvement initiatives
Follow all company policies, service standards, sanitation guidelines, and proper equipment usage
Demonstrate strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to multitask under pressure
Maintain reliable attendance, punctuality, and a performance-driven mindset
Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently lift up to 50 lbs

REQUIREMENTS
1 -2 years of experience in a full-service or fine dining restaurant environment preferred
