Order Fulfillment Technician

Position Overview:

The Order Fulfillment Technician is responsible for assisting the Order Fulfillment Lead in getting orders prepared for delivery.

This position is Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM, but schedule flexibility is required. Periodic opportunities to volunteer for overtime on Saturday mornings.

Major Areas of Responsibility include:

• Applies inventory tracking barcodes
• Retrieves inventory according to standard operating procedures.
• Uses barcode scanner to add and remove items from orders, locate orders, etc. in inventory tracking system
• Completes tags in compliance with Metrc standards
• Verifies compliance labels
• Creates new packages/splits existing packages as needed in inventory tracking system
• Prints invoices and compliance manifests and ensures the most up to dated paperwork is included with each order
• Stages orders and paperwork for delivery team intake
• Performs inventory counts with barcode scanning
• Performs physical/manual inventory counts

Minimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities):

• All applicants must be at least 21 years of age
• Meets eligibility requirement for Ohio Division of Cannabis Control's criminal background standards
• All positions deal with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment
• HS Diploma or GED
• Organizational skills
• High attention to detail
• Speed and precision
• Ability to multi-task and maintain work consistency
• Standing/sitting for long periods of time
• Previous experience with Ohio cannabis packaging guidelines and procedures preferred.
