- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen by regularly cleaning workstations, floors, sinks, and storage areas in compliance with sanitation protocols
- Support bussing duties by clearing tables, removing trash, and organizing dishware for washing
- Follow proper manual handling techniques when lifting heavy pots, trays, or boxes to prevent injury
- Adhere to all food safety sanitizing procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure a hygienic environment
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly while respecting health and safety standards
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation procedures is advantageous
