Responsibilities
- Provide oversight of both the technical and administrative aspects of contract performance.
- Ensure the timeliness, accuracy, and quality of all contract deliverables and data submissions.
- Monitor and manage the contract schedule, cost, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Lead a team of skilled technical, professional, and support personnel across various IT and cybersecurity functions.
- Coordinate with government stakeholders to ensure mission needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Develop and implement project plans, performance metrics, and reporting structures.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with federal standards and contract requirements.
- Support the evaluation, testing, and training related to Navy network systems.
- Promote continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and overall program excellence.
- 5 years of experience in Contract Management or Program Management.
- Active DoD Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience managing teams of professional and technical personnel involved in Navy network system design, development, testing, evaluation, or training.
- Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with customers and deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
- Strong ability to plan, design, coordinate, and control project work to meet sponsor objectives.
- Experience managing diverse technical teams with multiple skill sets.
- Master's degree from an accredited institution.
- 7 years of experience in program management or contract management supporting federal programs.
- PMP Certification (Project Management Professional).
