What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse position at Riverwood Healthcare Center?
About the Position:
This position will provide professional quality nursing care, prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to patients admitted to Riverwood Healthcare Center. Assessing, planning, implementing, documenting, and evaluating patient care.
This position provides care for or assistance to patients of all ages, including newborns, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and older adults.
What we are looking for:
- Current RN License or work permit from the Minnesota State Board of Nursing.
- Current certification in BLS or ability to obtain during orientation.
- ACLS completion card or ability to obtain
- Able to crosstrain to ICU or OB
- Experience preferred.
