Job Summary
Riverwood is a premier gated community in Port Charlotte FL. We are looking for a proven and reliable Safety & Access Control Gate Attendant to work for the Riverwood Community Development District. A self-starter with a willingness to work independently is required.
The Gate Attendant will work Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 2:00 PM until 10:00 PM, and Sunday 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Starting pay is $19.00 per hour with an increase after 90 days based on performance and productivity.
The Attendant should possess:
* Strong interpersonal communication skills
* Stern but polite
* Professional appearance and attitude
* Comfortable with a computer
* Must have reliable transportation
* Valid driver's license required
* Legal ability to work in the US
* Background check required, no felonies
