Responsibilities:
- Welcomes, schedules, re-schedules, makes reminder calls and back-fills appointments\
- Answering the telephone and performing other general clerical duties
- Collects co-pays, financial and demographic information
- Develops, edits, and maintains paperwork, and reports
- Provides clerical support to the team
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years’ experience working in a medical office environment
- Requires excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Must have excellent computer and interpersonal skills, be punctual, organized, have the ability to multi-task, and work independently
- Preferred candidates will have experience working with individuals with mental illness, substance use disorders and/or intellectual and developmental disabilities
