Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to work in a marina store on Lake Murray to work as a team member. In this role, you must have a positive attitude and clear communication skills, responding promptly and courteously to customer inquiries. The ability to handle multiple tasks and solve problems is a necessity. Reporting to work on time is a requirement. Must be able to work weekends and variable hours approx. 20 to 30 hours per week.
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Assist clients with product or service questions.
- Accurately enter data into our systems, maintaining high levels of attention to detail during data entry and client information updates.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately when required, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer concerns efficiently and provide seamless client services across multiple channels.
Skills
- Ability to interact with a diverse customer base is necessary.
- Strong sales aptitude with the ability to upsell or promote products/services naturally during interactions.
- Proven experience in customer support is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to understand customer issues to identify solutions.
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
