JOB DUTIES:
- Member Transactions: Process deposits, withdrawals, and payments
- Cash Handling: Count and balance cash drawer daily; ensure accuracy.
- Member Service: Address member inquiries, resolve basic issues, and refer complex matters to appropriate staff.
- Cross-Selling: Promote credit union products and services as beneficial
- to the member
- Account Maintenance: Assist members with account updates or changes.
- Compliance: Follow credit union policies and ensure adherence to security and anti-fraud regulations.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate transaction records and prepare reports as needed.
