Medical Aesthetician – Dermatology Practice (Part-Time or Full-Time)

About the Role
Riverway Skin & Aesthetic Medicine is a physician-led dermatology and aesthetic practice building a refined, results-driven aesthetic service line.
We are seeking a licensed aesthetician who is passionate about skincare and interested in working within a medical aesthetic environment. This is an excellent opportunity to grow clinically and work closely with a physician in delivering science-based aesthetic treatments that achieve meaningful results for patients.
What You’ll Do
- Perform aesthetic services and skincare consultations
- Educate patients and recommend appropriate treatment plans
- Support retail skincare recommendations
- Maintain treatment rooms and ensure a high-quality patient experience
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed New York State Aesthetician
- 1–5 years of experience preferred
- Strong interest in medical aesthetics
- Professional, reliable, and patient-focused
- Comfortable with consultations and product recommendations
- Eager to learn and continue growing within a structured clinical setting
Preferred (Plus, Not Required)
- Experience in a medical setting or medspa
- Familiarity with clinical workflows or prior Medical Assistant experience
- Interest in expanding and ongoing learning.

Schedule & Compensation
- Part-time or full-time opportunities available, depending on experience and role fit
- Hourly compensation commission on aesthetic services and retail
- Opportunity for role expansion based on performance and clinic growth
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
