Dermatology Medical Assistant (Clinical & Operations Support)
Location: Wappingers Falls, NY

We are a physician-led dermatology practice seeking an experienced Medical Assistant with dermatology experience to join our growing team.
This role supports both clinical care and front-desk operations and plays an important part in maintaining an efficient, professional, and patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on medical assistant support in a dermatology clinic
- Assist with dermatologic procedures, rooming, and patient preparation
- Support front desk operations as needed (check-in/out, scheduling, phones)
- Help maintain smooth daily clinic flow and operations
- Assist with scheduling, prior authorizations, and patient coordination
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow dermatology-specific protocols
Required Qualifications
- Dermatology experience strongly preferred (3–5 years ideal)
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA)
- Strong familiarity with dermatology workflows and procedures
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Comfortable supporting both clinical and front desk responsibilities
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Schedule & Compensation
- Part-time or full-time (based on experience and fit)
- Competitive compensation based on experience
