Responsibilities:
- Familiar with light commercial
- Lay out and install the HVAC system.
- Read the blueprints to determine the work to be completed and the materials which need to be ordered.
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.
- Align HVAC venting with blueprint specifications.
- Interpret and explain test reports; read blueprints.
- Irrigate and trim trees and shrubbery, as needed.
- Keep inventory of spare parts on hand.
- Keep equipment in good working order.
Sign-on Bonus: $2,000
