Residential Sales Operations Analyst - Energy

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Audits Telemarketing Enrollments

o Performs Outbound QA Calls to customers

o Trustedform Certification validity

o Listen and grade sales recordings

  • Serves as vendor liaison regarding sales related inquiries, conflicts, and complaints
  • Handler of Do Not Call & Do Not Knock Requests
  • Facilitator of internal & Existing Business Relationship (EBR) upload to Nexxa’s Portal
  • Assist sales call centers with account inquiries
  • Facilitates weekly QA calibration calls with partners

o Review quality of calls/performance/conversions

o Review complaints/escalations

o Discuss ramp up & expansion plans

  • Manages any technical issues with the TPV system or FTP site
  • Responsible for performing clerical, administrative and other support duties as needed to

assist in the smooth operation of the Sales Department.

  • Additional duties as assigned

  • 1 year(s) experience as an analyst or back office strongly preferred, residential sales and experience in an inbound call center environment with customer service.
  • Intermediate knowledge of natural gas and electric retail markets is preferred.
  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent math and English skills are required.
  • Outstanding phone etiquette and polished communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Excellent listening skills.
  • Ability to maintain a calm demeanor when dealing with agitated customers.
  • Attentive to detail and committed to high-quality customer service.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to identify problems and suggest process improvements.

Pay: $26.00 - $26.44 per hour

Work Location: In person
