In this role you'll help strengthen public awareness initiatives, support One Call systems, assist with aerial patrol programs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve safety and regulatory compliance.
What You'll Do
- Support Damage Prevention initiatives
- Maintain Aerial Patrol and mapping systems
- Assist One Call program management
- Analyze trends and risk data
- Coordinate emergency preparedness activities
- Support contractor and public awareness programs
- Help develop training materials
- Partner with Operations, Engineering, EH&S and Crisis Management
- Improve processes and regulatory compliance
- Build relationships with agencies and industry organizations
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in Damage Prevention, Public Awareness or Pipeline Operations
- Knowledge of One Call programs
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to travel 40–50%

Job Responsibilities
- Support Damage Prevention and Public Awareness programs.

- Update One Call mapping and digital forms.
- Analyze damage prevention data and trends.
- Assist with emergency response notification systems.
- Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, EH&S and Crisis Management.
- Support emergency drills and tabletop exercises.
- Assist contractor safety initiatives.
- Conduct public awareness and excavator education.
- Support regulatory compliance efforts.
- Build relationships with government agencies and industry groups.
- Develop reports and training materials.
- Support Asset Integrity initiatives.
- Travel to field locations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of Damage Prevention/Public Awareness experience preferred.
- Knowledge of One Call programs.
- Understanding of PHMSA and environmental regulations preferred.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to travel 40–50%.
- Ability to work outdoors and in varying environments.
