Riverwalk Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Memory Care team on the night shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM). This position plays a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our residents while providing quality nursing care in a warm, supportive environment.

Schedule
- Full-Time or Part-Time
- Night Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Every other weekend required
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Monitor residents' health and promptly report changes in condition.
- Respond to resident needs and emergencies during overnight hours.
- Complete accurate documentation in the electronic medical record.
- Supervise and support caregivers and medication aides.
- Assist with admissions, assessments, and care planning as needed.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations, infection control practices, and community policies.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and the healthcare team.
- Foster a safe, respectful, and resident-centered environment.
Qualifications
- Current Alabama Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
- Previous experience in assisted living, memory care, long-term care, or skilled nursing preferred.
- Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the care team.
