- Collaborate closely with leadership to support survey readiness and quality initiatives
- Active California LVN license in good standing
- Previous experience as a DSD or in staff education within a skilled nursing or post‑acute setting
- Strong knowledge of CMS, CDPH, and Title 22 regulations
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Passion for education, mentorship, and continuous improvement
