Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Therapist at RiverVista Behavioral Hospital located in Dublin, OH. The Therapist will provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to patients' unique needs. Responsibilities also include conducting assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, maintaining accurate and timely documentation, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Qualifications
- Strong skills in therapy modalities such as individual, group, and family counseling
- Experience in developing and implementing personalized treatment plans
- Proficiency in clinical documentation, reporting, and using electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
- Licensed to practice as a Therapist in the state of Ohio (e.g., LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative healthcare environment
- Experience in behavioral health or mental health treatment is highly desirable
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required
