Looking for a leadership role where you can make a real impact? Join our team just outside Sioux Falls and bring your Skilled Nursing HR experience to a community that values both people and purpose. We’re seeking an experienced HR Manager who understands the fast-paced, compliance-driven environment of Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care and is ready to take ownership of people operations at our community.
This is a hands-on, on-site role for someone who thrives in recruitment, employee relations, and regulatory compliance—and wants to be a key partner in building and supporting a strong clinical team.
What You’ll Do
Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding staff
Maintain and audit all employee and health files to ensure compliance
Manage background checks and communicate results promptly to leadership
Conduct new hire orientation aligned with state and federal SNF/LTC guidelines
Oversee HR documentation and ensure accuracy within recruiting systems
Partner with payroll and corporate HR teams (VSO)
Support and maintain clinical scheduling (nurses, CNAs, etc.) to ensure operational continuity
What You Bring
Required: Experience in Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care HR
Required: High school diploma or equivalent
Strong knowledge of compliance, onboarding processes, and employee recordkeeping
Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and communicate clearly
