Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide personal care and hygiene assistance as needed
• Assist with feeding and hydration, as well as transferring residents to and from wheelchairs or bed
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing staff
• Foster a positive and respectful environment for all residents and colleagues
• Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of resident care
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of New Jersey
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with or without the use of assistive devices
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
