What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Superintendent position at Riverview Construction Inc.?
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Review and interpret blueprints, construction plans
- Provide guidance and support to field staff, including training and development opportunities
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and OSHA standard
- Is willing to relocate / travel if needed
-Daily reports/ tool box talks
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ( FRAMING )field
- Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore or Bluebeam
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
