General Laborer

Riverview Block, Inc. is looking for a reliable, hardworking General Laborer to join our team in Berwick, PA. This is a hands-on position working around concrete, block, and ready-mix operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, willing to learn, works well with others, and takes pride in doing the job right.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform general labor and material-handling duties around the plant and yard
• Assist with production of concrete block and other concrete products
• Load, unload, stack, and move materials
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist equipment operators and other employees as needed
• Perform routine cleanup and maintenance
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Operate basic tools and equipment after proper training
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Reliable and dependable attendance
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and moving materials
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods
• Willingness to learn new skills and work as part of a team
• Previous construction, concrete, manufacturing, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required
• Valid driver's license is preferred
