Job Summary:
The Therapist will provide high-quality mental health counseling services, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and facilitate therapy sessions with children and their families. This role involves working closely with children experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. The Therapist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support the mental well-being of our clients.
Essential Functions:

Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients in accordance with their treatment plans.

Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine appropriate therapeutic interventions.

Develop, implement, and review treatment plans in collaboration with clients and other members of the care team.

Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including session notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.

Facilitate crisis interventions when necessary and coordinate referrals to other services as needed.

Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and continuing education programs to stay informed of best practices.

Uphold ethical and professional standards in accordance with state regulations and licensing requirements.

Engage in outreach and community education efforts to promote mental health awareness and services.

Education and Experience:

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Licensed or eligible for licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) in the state.

Experience in providing therapeutic services to individuals with mental health and substance use disorders.

Knowledge of evidence-based practices and a strong commitment to client-centered care.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Proficient in clinical documentation and record-keeping.
Salary : $54,080 - $71,760
