Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychiatric Provider (MD, PMHNP, PA-C) to join our dynamic team in an outpatient setting. In this role, you will provide high-quality psychiatric care to a diverse patient population, including evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment planning. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving the mental well-being of those in need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments for new and existing patients.
• Diagnose mental health conditions and create personalized treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing psychiatric care, including medication management and therapy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated care.
• Educate patients and families about treatment options, medication adherence, and mental health resources.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in accordance with HIPAA and organizational standards.
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications:

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree with board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry.
• Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with board certification.
• Active state licensure to practice psychiatry.
• Experience in an outpatient setting preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with patients from diverse backgrounds.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
