WHAT THE ROLE REQUIRES

This role is six days a week, 8–9 hours per day. It’s simple, but not easy. You’ll be talking to homeowners, generating leads, and learning how to communicate with confidence. If you’re reliable, motivated, and ready to grow, you’ll succeed here.

You’ll have full support behind you — operations, marketing, compliance, and production. Your job is to show up, learn, and execute.

QUALIFICATIONS

• No sales experience required
• Strong communication skills or willingness to develop them
• Valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Attend daily office check‑ins for training and mentorship
• Generate leads through neighborhood outreach
• Communicate with homeowners and schedule inspections
• Relay details to operations for coordination

REQUIREMENTS

• Reliable personal vehicle
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check
• Comfortable climbing and inspecting roofs with training
