Principal Software Engineer- Hybrid

We are seeking a motivated, career-oriented, and customer-focused Principal Software Engineer to join our team in Annapolis Junction, Maryland. This is Hybrid position.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and enhance software solutions
• Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements
• Conduct design and code reviews.
• Work on problems of diverse scopes where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
  
  

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Twenty (20) or more years of related experience plus a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university or 4 years additional experience might be substituted for a degree.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence
• Experience with the following software development skills:
• Git
• Java, C , and/or Python
• Relational database, such as Postgres
  
  

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS

• Current/Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
