The RiverSpring Living campus is set on 32 acres overlooking the Hudson River, in Riverdale, New York. RiverSpring Living provides a full range of care solutions including nursing home care, assisted living programs, senior housing, rehabilitation services and specialized services such as elder abuse prevention and memory care.
Position Overview
The Resident Services Coordinator will assist with the overall management of the Department and will help to guide our dynamic multi-disciplinary care team, in providing the best quality of life possible to our residents and their families

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social work (MSW) is required, with the goal of obtaining the New York State Certification in Social Work (LMSW).
- Candidates with related experience in the field of aging, long-term care, or health care a plus Preferred
- Experience in geriatrics and discharge planning with a minimum of two years’ experience and/or training in assessing case management and providing excellent customer services to this population
- Annual Salary: $66,300 - $72,000
