The Hebrew Home at Riverdale campus is set on 32 acres overlooking the Hudson River, in Riverdale, New York. We provide a full range of care solutions including nursing home care, managed long term care, assisted living programs, senior housing, rehabilitation services and specialized services such as elder abuse prevention and memory care.
The Concierge act as the first point of contact between guests and the organization. This role is also tasked with providing day to day support and troubleshooting for the residents and their families.
Schedule: 3 days a week including Saturday & Sunday 3:00pm – 12:00am

Key Responsibilities
- Answer inquiries from guests, residents, and families.
- Monitor and manage the comings and goings of all individuals.
- Direct phone calls and coordinate transportation.
- Facilitate family communication and address residents’ complaints and concerns.
- Provide basic office support and uphold the organization’s culture, ensuring all residents and guests feel welcomed and valued.
- Associate’s degree (AA/AS) preferred in hospitality management, business management, communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of four years of experience in hospitality, healthcare, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Hourly rate: $24.04
- Pro-rated benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan
