Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physiology, and anatomy evaluations, to inform individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and injections accurately while following established protocols and HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality.
- Maintain detailed medical records using electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Support infection control protocols and safety procedures within facility environments to prevent cross-contamination.
- Demonstrate proficiency in medical terminology and physiology knowledge to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals.
- Uphold all regulatory standards including HIPAA compliance while delivering compassionate patient-centered care.
Experience
- Experience with EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems for accurate documentation. We use PCC
- Hands-on experience with Geriatrics and Dementia helpful
- Knowledge of infection control practices
- Strong understanding of vital signs assessment, anatomy, physiology, and medication administration protocols.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required
- Maintain patient comfort.

Pay: $36.49 - $46.45 per hour
