One Select Senior Clinical Liaison
This position will refer patients to both Critical Illness Recovery Hospitals as well as Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospitals
Full-time Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM, plus rotating weekend coverage
Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Director of Business Development, the Senior Liaison assists with strategic growth initiatives in the market. The Senior Liaison helps train and mentor team members and steps in to cover for other liaisons, admissions coordinators, and the Director of Business Development when they are off.
Other responsibilities of the Clinical Liaison position include:
- Contributes as part of the sales leadership team
- Coaches liaisons in the field
- Assists in rolling out new strategies and initiatives
- Helps liaisons complete clinical evaluations during busy times
- Steps into vacant positions on the team, when necessary
- Reviews all patients referred for admission and helps with the patient transition period into the hospital.
- Interviews patient, family, physician, and discharge planners to gather information and determine special needs.
- Communicates with payor sources as required
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Valid State Clinical License required
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3 years of related experience required. Demonstrated competency with the pre-admission process including assessments with relationship building in a rehabilitation setting required
Preferred experience
- Master's preferred
- Proven track record in sales and marketing with at least one year experience in a related position preferred
- Demonstrated computer proficiency
- Must exercise sound judgement in handling professional/confidential nature of health care sales
