Riverside Regional Jail is currently accepting applications for a Programs Coordinator.
Duties
Perform professional and administrative work in coordinating facility programs and library operations, inmate supervision. Conduct and prepare comprehensive program activity reports. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with inmates, staff, and public. Possess computer operation skills. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, jail standards, and professional correctional practices. Maintain confidentiality at all times. Perform multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Education And Experience
Must possess a high school or general education diploma with at least two (2) years of experience in customer, human services, education or corrections with public, private or military agency. Associates Degree in Criminal Justice, Human Services, Education or related field preferred. Any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted. Experience managing volunteers and community partnerships.
Salary: $50,107 – $71,194
