These responsibilities will include, but not be limited to organization wide recruiting, new employee processing, orientation and on-boarding, employee benefits/LOA administration and employee integration into HR systems and programs. Supports in identifying, developing and reporting on Human Resource and employee metrics, employee relations issues, pay administration plans and activities, as well as performance management systems and programs.Position Requires: Strong knowledge of Human Resource, payroll, benefits, and recruiting programs and processes. Knowledge of Human Resource operations and systems with an understanding of labor, employment, discrimination and wage and hour laws.
