Enrollment Manager

Riverside Military Academy is seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Enrollment Manager to lead recruitment and enrollment initiatives and support the academy’s continued growth and long-term development.

Founded in 1907, Riverside Military Academy has a proud tradition of military education, academic achievement, leadership development, and character formation. As the academy enters its next chapter, we are looking for an experienced enrollment professional who can strengthen recruitment efforts, expand domestic and international outreach, and communicate the value of a Riverside education to prospective students and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enrollment strategies aligned with the academy’s institutional goals.
• Lead student recruitment, admissions, and enrollment efforts to attract qualified domestic and international candidates.
• Manage the admissions pipeline from initial inquiry and application through enrollment.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective families, feeder schools, educational consultants, and recruitment partners.
• Identify new recruitment markets and opportunities to expand the academy’s reach, particularly among international students.
• Analyze enrollment data, recruitment trends, and conversion rates to guide strategy and improve results.
• Collaborate with academic leadership, marketing, and student services to ensure a coordinated admissions process.
• Represent the academy at recruitment events, school visits, conferences, and other outreach opportunities.
• Develop effective recruitment initiatives that highlight Riverside’s distinctive educational model, military traditions, and commitment to leadership and character development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in enrollment management, admissions, student recruitment, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing enrollment strategies that deliver measurable results.
• Experience managing recruitment pipelines and building effective domestic and international recruitment networks.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in enrollment analytics, admissions systems, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in independent schools, boarding schools, or other educational institutions strongly preferred.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
